I can remember a time in my life when I thought chronic stomach pains was my destiny, and that I just had to accept that way of life. That I would never be “shapely”, or be happy with myself. Until, I was diagnosed with Celiac. This was difficult to learn, but also relieving because now I understood, there was a reason! I had an imbalance in my body, which could be improved with work.
It has been 10 years since my diagnosis. It has been 8 years since I started working on my mindset. It has been 4 years since I started going to the gym. It has been 3 years since I really started taking my nutrition seriously.
I want you to know that there’s a root cause to everything. If you keep searching, you will find it. Once you can understand the imbalances in your body (gut, hormones, nutrients, mindset, etc), measures can be taken to bring your body back to equilibrium - back to health!
