My primary form of cardio has always been sprints and running. To be honest, I’m just over running after years and years of doing it daily. Lifting is great, but I feel like I’m in the best shape when I’m adding in cardio. I move through my workouts quicker, & take way less breaks.
I love the music & it’s so interactive so it works amazing for me. You gotta do what you gotta do to reach your goals!
