Intense Ab/Core workout (Senada Greca)


Took the day off today, visiting my family in NYC. We all watched a couple of movies last night, ate lots of food, made breakfast together and that’s the good thing that happened to me this weekend: family time. So very grateful for it! 🙏🏻

Workout deets 8-16reps for 3-4 sets:

  1. Straight leg raises
  2. Hanging sit ups
  3. Side to side leg tucks
  4. Hanging hollow bodies
  5. L sits
  6. Hanging alt knee tucks
